I have a team but I have been floundering between level 4 to 5 and then back to level 3 to 4. My team has been through several revolutions in the past 3 years. I am now back to myself, one admin (which has been with me for 12 yrs, thank the good Lord) and 3 buyers agents, 2 are “on site” agents for a town house development I have listed.

I really appreciate the tips for doing the Top Pro setup. Sadly, the BINS had never been implemented.

What DISC profiles do you look for in a “buyer’s specialist”?

I am one of those who has made good GCI but not kept it! I want to change that and now I think I can. I came home really excited! I had to make myself stop and go to bed last night!
