John is more than a great presenter; I truly believe he has the “it” that we are looking for in a KWU Instructor. His passion for the company was electric. I had 7 recruits in the room and I know he will be a part of their decision to join. I am in dialogue now with 3 of them now.. He also did a stellar job with an impromptu Top Producer Class that my Technology Coordinator asked him to teach and this was especially impressive as he had just gotten off the plane from a 7 hour flight which was delayed and caused him to walk into the class immediately upon arrival.

You made it simple, and gave us great ideas and actions to do. I actually came away with an action plan this time. I am spending the rest of this week implementing those plans.
I have a team but I have been floundering between level 4 to 5 and then back to level 3 to 4. My team has been through several revolutions in the past 3 years. I am now back to myself, one admin (which has been with me for 12 yrs, thank the good Lord) and 3 buyers agents, 2 are “on site” agents for a town house development I have listed. I really appreciate the tips for doing the Top Pro setup. Sadly, the BINS had never been implemented.
I would love to attend a Top Pro class of yours, wherever it might be!
But basically it is my assistant and me for general real estate and my new construction single family homes.
I have asked for, wanted and searched for information about hires, pay etc for 3 yrs. I started off paying 70% agent!
What DISC profiles do you look for in a “buyer’s specialist”?
I am one of those who has made good GCI but not kept it! I want to change that and now I think I can. I came home really excited! I had to make myself stop and go to bed last night!
